ONE5IVE India is a premium melamine crockery brand based in New Delhi, India. Our website one5ive.in is operated by ONE5IVE India.

2. Products

All products sold on one5ive.in are made from food-grade melamine. Product images are for representation purposes only; actual colour and finish may slightly vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

• We ship across India via Shiprocket partner couriers.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.
• ONE5IVE India is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.

All content on one5ive.in — including logos, images, text, and design — is the intellectual property of ONE5IVE India. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
