Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Easy Returns — We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product if:
- The product is damaged or broken on arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective or not as described
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@one5ive.in with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Online Payments (Razorpay): Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days. Please share your bank details when requesting the refund.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup. For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement product.
